The List That Never Ends ...

Here's a list of things that needed to get done/redone from our last passage:

-- Diagnose/fix engine problem. (Done. It was in fact dirty fuel).

-- Rewire electric bilge pump. (Done. A wire chaffed through, causing a short).

-- Replace broken top batten in mainsail (found some suitable batten material. Will cut and place tomorrow).

-- Fix all water foot pumps and electric water pump. (Manual foot pumps all remounted so that hopefully they stay put this time. Bought used electric pump at local marine store, but it doesn't work so need to return it).

-- Check alternator, which didn't seem to be charging. (Partly done. Need to double-check to make sure it's charging properly).

-- Clean bilge. (Partly done. Still looking for gallon size of white vinegar to finish the job).

-- Find new hose for manual bilge pump and re-plump. (Still looking for hose).

And, this is a fairly typical post-passage list of chores.
